How the Money Moves

Clear Fee Terms Before an Introduction.

We seek written agreement on sourcing compensation before disclosing
identifying details. Any payment through escrow depends on the
closing provider accepting appropriate instructions.

01

Parties Select Escrow

If a transaction proceeds, the buyer and seller arrange purchase
funds through their chosen title or escrow provider.
Space Coast Sourcing does not hold purchase funds.

02

Closing Terms Confirmed

The parties and their closing professional agree on
documentation, disbursement instructions, and any
applicable sourcing fee before closing.

03

Fee Paid If Agreed

When a purchase closes, the sourcing fee is due under
the written agreement. Escrow disbursement is used
only if authorized and accepted by the closing provider.

Simple, Capped, Success-Based.

Our proposed success-based sourcing fee is 2% of the
final purchase price, with a $2,500 minimum and
$5,000 maximum, subject to a signed agreement.
No sourcing fee is due if the purchase does not close.

Clear Criteria. Written Introduction Terms.

We request written confirmation of the sourcing fee and
any agreed introduction period before sharing
identifying information. The terms, including any
protection period, are established in the signed agreement.

  • Written fee terms requested before identifying details are shared
  • Any introduction protection period must be expressly agreed in writing
  • Fee language may be included in transaction documents if the parties agree
  • Escrow payment arrangements depend on the closing provider’s acceptance

Clear Boundaries

You Decide. We Source.

Every engagement runs inside these lines, so there is
never a question about whose job is whose.

What We Do

  • Research aircraft matching your acquisition criteria
  • Collect seller details, records, and disclosures
  • Match opportunities to your fleet and resale goals
  • Facilitate introductions between dealer and seller
  • Help organize communications with closing professionals when requested
  • Track compensation due under the signed sourcing agreement

What We Stay Out Of

  • Purchase aircraft or hold inventory
  • Provide financing
  • Perform mechanical inspections
  • Hold deposits or purchase funds
  • Negotiate prices on anyone’s behalf
  • Certify condition, title, or value

We find and qualify the opportunity. You make the purchase decision.

Straight Answers

Questions Dealers Ask.

The things worth knowing before the first call.

How do you get paid?

A 2% sourcing fee on the closed purchase price,
with a $2,500 minimum and a $5,000 maximum.
The terms must be accepted in a written agreement.
Payment at closing through escrow is an option
only where the parties authorize it and the
closing provider agrees. No fee is due when
the purchase does not close.

Are you a broker?

No. We are a finder, an independent sourcing
company. We do not negotiate prices, represent
either party, hold funds, or sign contracts on
anyone’s behalf. We find and qualify the
opportunity. You make the purchase decision.

What if the inspection fails?

Then you walk away. That is what the inspection
period is for. No fee is owed on a deal that does
not close, and we keep watching the market for
the next one.

How is my buying criteria protected?

We use the criteria you submit to guide the search.
Before providing identifying information, we
request a written sourcing agreement that
addresses fees, permitted disclosures, and any
agreed introduction protection period.

Do you work with sellers too?

We contact sellers to collect facts: specs,
records, availability, disclosures. We do not
represent them or market their aircraft. Our
client is the introduction, and our loyalty is
to a clean, documented process.

What do you need from me to start?

Your acquisition profile: models, price range,
acceptable years and hours, target regions,
must-have avionics, and deal-breakers, plus your
preferred purchase agreement and escrow company.
Send it through the onboarding form and we can review the request and discuss next steps.
